Here are some common questions about.

Order

It depends on the status of your order. If your order has not been dispatched, we could help you cancel your order and refund the payment. Unfortunately, if your order has been already dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it. Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.

1. To ensure you will receive the package in time, please make sure the shipping address is accurate when placing order.

2. To change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service: cs@slashsre.com. Please note that we can only help you modify your shipping address BEFORE PACKING the items.

3. Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address listed on the packing list of the original shipment or provided by the customer service.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

4. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Slashare has different warehouses. The order will be distributed from the nearest warehouse to you for fast delivery, but some items will be shipped from other warehouses if there is out of stock in the related warehouse. Therefore, if your order is from different warehouses, it will be split into several parcels.

1. Problem order: We have noticed an error in your shipping address. The order will be canceled if we do not hear from you to resolve this address issue.

2. Out of stock: Your order will be canceled if all the items are out of stock.

There are four possible reasons:

1. Out-of-stock items issue: Please pay attention to items' stock count. If items are have low stock, they may be purchased by other customers, which is causing your checkout to fail. Please remove these items and check out again.

2. Shipping address issue: Please reconfirm your address and phone number are input correctly. If the error persists, please try to edit the address, phone, and zip code fields again. If the problem persist, please do not hesitate to reach us at cs@slashare.com

3. Poor connection issue: Please refresh the page and try again.

4. Time limits: Our checkout system will reserve your items for 15 minutes. If your payment time then exceeds 15 min, the items from your order will release back from your cart.

Shipping

It takes about 10-20 business days to deliver your order from the day it was placed, and then the expected delivery date depends on local dispatch.

Please sign in your personal account or the shipment notification, and click the link to check the shipment status.

First, check all around the house! You might be surprised to find the package outside the garage, around the trash cans, behind the fence, in the package room, etc. Maybe it was even left in the mailbox! If you are still missing the parcel, it is best to contact your local USPS. You will use your tracking ID provided by Slashare to locate the package.

If the shipping information has not been updated within 3-5 days, please wait patiently since the shipping company needs time to update. Otherwise, we suggest you contact the shipping company directly to get shipping details faster.

Return/Refund/Exchange

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are opened personal protection equipments, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. if the discount code was applied when you finish the payment, the actual amount is less than the selling price. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Typically refund transactions are posted to the bank statements with 7-10 business days. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cs@slashare.com.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@slashare.com and obtain an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN)

Sometimes, it looks like no coupons/rewards are available. In this case, you can check the following:

1. Is your coupon/reward still valid?

Coupon codes will expire after certain amount of time, which means you can’t use the coupon/reward anymore.

2. Are you meeting the minimum spending requirements?

For example, if a coupon/reward is only valid for items over US $30, but the total item value is the only US $20, you can’t use the coupon/reward.

3. Have you checked the coupon/reward terms?

Some coupons/rewards are only valid on our app/website or can be used for specific shipping methods/conditions only.

4. Check whether you bought an item with a "coupon/rewards not applicable" reminder on the product pageSome special products are unfortunately not eligible and will not accept coupons/rewards.

Account

When you add an item to your shopping cart, it will not be reserved for you. Therefore, it may happen that another customer has already bought the item before you completed your order at the checkout.An item can also disappear from your shopping bag if you click the arrows in your browser instead of clicking the "continue shopping" link at the checkout.

Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases. We will protect your privacy.However, you can still check out as a guest should you prefer.
